There are lots of various visa in Indonesia, for business purpose you can consider to obtain this type :
A business visa is a type of visa issued to individuals traveling to a foreign country for business-related purposes. This can include attending meetings, conferences, or negotiating deals.
Work Permit and Limited Stay Permit (KITAS), is permit issued by the Indonesian government to foreign nationals, allowing them to stay in Indonesia for work purposes, typically suits for Director or Commissioner of a company
Suitable Visa if you are an Investor
an Investor KITAS is a type of KITAS issued to foreign investors who own or manage a company in Indonesia. It allows the investor to live in Indonesia while actively managing their investment. Minimum investment of IDR10,000,000,000 (ten billion Rupiah) per person
a visa that allows investors and professionals with coveted skills to stay in the country for 5 or 10 years.
Please see below the matrix of category and minimum investment requirements to get the Golden Visa:
- Invest USD 2,500,000 for a 5-year stay.
- For a 10-year stay, the required investment is USD 5,000,000.
- for a 5-year stay, invest USD 350,000 in government bonds, public company shares, or mutual funds
- For a 10-year stay, you must invest either USD 700,000 in the same options or USD 1,000,000 in Indonesian property (such as an apartment).
If you are a corporate investor (such as a director or commissioner), you need to invest USD 25,000,000 for a 5-year stay or USD 50,000,000 for a 10-year stay.
Other than the minimum investment, the applicant of Golden Visa must also prepare the following requirements:
- Minimum 6 (six) months passport validity;
- proof of having living expenses for himself and/or his family while in Indonesian Territory;
- recent color photograph; and
- other documents to explain the aims/objectives arrival of foreigners. Depending on the types of the golden visa as provided in the matrix above, further documents will be requested such as:
- proof of share ownership in an outside company Indonesian territory with a certain amount; and
- proof of turnover/specific sales value on overseas companies,
contained in the parent company’s financial audit report from an international public accounting firm.
